Redline Theatre Intro Theme
Here’s a little trivia: We had originally named the podcast Grand Theft Audio! When we did a search online we found that several others had beat us to the punch so we settled on Redline Theatre which I for one prefer. That should explain the premise for the intro theme. Of all the tunes I’ve written over the years this may be my favorite. It all came together in a perfect storm for me. The song consists of a Hammond B3, Bass, and drums. Next came the sound designed car theft and ensuing police chase coupled with the wall of sound that is Glen Perkins. The result is one which makes me swell… with pride.
The promo is a great deal of fun and I had a hoot writing it. Glen’s awesome voice and Jim’s production values made this a standout. Btw, we’ve been told that we have the best promo ever: http://twitter.com/thetennismom/status/16512973405167616
